🥘 Ingredients

  • tilapia fillets
  • milk
  • vinegar
  • dijon mustard
  • cornmeal
  • salt
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • paprika
  • thyme
  • pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • lemon wedge

📝 Instructions

  1. 1 mix milk , vinegar and mustard and let set for 15 minutes
  2. 2 this will make a mustardy , buttermilky dressing to coat the fish
  3. 3 in a separate bowl mix cornmeal or panko with all the seasonings
  4. 4 dip fish fillets in the milk mixture and then in the dry mixture
  5. 5 spray broiling pan with cooking spray or brush with a little olive oil
  6. 6 place fillets on prepared pan and place pan under broiler 4 inches from heat
  7. 7 broil for 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork
  8. 8 serve with lemon wedges if desired
