🥘 Ingredients

  • baking potatoes
  • vegetable oil
  • parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • garlic powder
  • paprika
  • pepper
  • bacon
  • cheddar cheese
  • sour cream
  • green onions

📝 Instructions

  1. 1 cut potatoes in half lengthwise
  2. 2 scoop out pulp and discard leaving 1 / 4-inch shell
  3. 3 place on a greased baking sheet
  4. 4 combine oil , parmesan cheese , salt , garlic powder , paprika and pepper and brush all over potato skins
  5. 5 bake at 475 for about 8 minutes and turn over
  6. 6 bake for another 8 minutes or so and then turn right side up
  7. 7 sprinkle bacon and cheddar evenly inside of skins
  8. 8 bake 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted
  9. 9 top with sour cream and onions , if desired
