  1. 1 stir together dry ingredients
  2. 2 beat oil and honey together
  3. 3 add eggs and beat well
  4. 4 add bananas and beat to combine
  5. 5 add dry ingredients to wet , alternating with hot water
  6. 6 mix well after each addition
  7. 7 spoon batter into 24 greased muffin cups
  8. 8 bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes , or until muffins are golden brown and test done
