🥘 Ingredients

  • sour cream
  • english cucumber
  • garlic cloves
  • olive oil
  • red wine vinegar
  • fresh dill
  • salt

📝 Instructions

  1. 1 just mix everything up together until it is all blended and the oil has emulsified into the yoghurt / sour cream
  2. 2 taste for seasoning , and add salt if you think necessary
