🥘 Ingredients

  • bisquick baking mix
  • butter
  • sharp cheddar cheese
  • whole milk
  • garlic powder
  • dried parsley flakes
  • salt

📝 Instructions

  1. 1 preheat oven to 400f
  2. 2 combine bisquick and cold butter
  3. 3 don't combine too thoroughly
  4. 4 there should be small chunks of butter about the size of peas
  5. 5 add cheddar , milk and 1 / 4 tsp garlic
  6. 6 mix by hand until combined , but don't over mix
  7. 7 drop 9 equal portions onto greased cookie sheet
  8. 8 bake for 15-17 minutes or until tops are light brown
  9. 9 melt 2 tbsp butter in a bowl
  10. 10 stir in 1 / 2 tsp garlic powder and parsley flakes
  11. 11 use a pastry brush to spread garlic butter over tops of biscuits
