🥘 Ingredients

  • rotini pasta
  • tomatoes
  • green pepper
  • red pepper
  • onion
  • black olives
  • kraft sun-dried tomato salad dressing
  • parmesan cheese

📝 Instructions

  1. 1 cook pasta according to directions , about 8 minutes , stirring occasionally
  2. 2 while pasta is cooking , chop tomato , peppers and onion into very small pieces
  3. 3 add olives and mix
  4. 4 drain rotini
  5. 5 rinse with cold water for about 3 minutes
  6. 6 mix pasta with tomato , peppers , onion and olives
  7. 7 refrigerate for about 1 / 2 an hour
  8. 8 add salad dressing
  9. 9 mix well
  10. 10 add parmesan cheese
  11. 11 mix well
  12. 12 serve immediately
  13. 13 if you have left overs , you will have to "re-wet" salad by adding a little more salad dressing the next day , especially if you substitute the dressing with a fat-free dressing
