🥘 Ingredients

  • garlic cloves
  • soy sauce
  • water
  • honey
  • vegetable oil
  • cornstarch
  • pepper
  • crushed red pepper flakes
  • boneless skinless chicken breast
  • green onion

📝 Instructions

  1. 1 combine garlic , soy sauce , water , honey , 1 tablespoon oil , cornstarch and black / red pepper
  2. 2 stir chicken into marinade and mix to coat
  3. 3 cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours , stirring once to twice
  4. 4 in large skillet , heat remaining oil
  5. 5 using slotted spoon , transfer chicken to skillet
  6. 6 stir-fry about 5 minutes
  7. 7 add reserved marinade
  8. 8 continue to cook and stir about 30 seconds until thickened
  9. 9 remove to platter
  10. 10 garnish with green onion
  11. 11 serve with snow peas , if desired
