📝 Instructions

  1. 1 heat oil in large non-stick skillet over med
  2. 2 heat
  3. 3 combine mayo and mustard in small dish
  4. 4 combine next 4 ingred
  5. 5 on a plate and mix well
  6. 6 brush thin coating of mustard mayo combo on to both sides of each fish fillet
  7. 7 press each coated fillet into panko crumb mixture , coating well
  8. 8 press more crumbs into any bare areas
  9. 9 saute fillets in hot oil until lightly browned , turn and saute other side until lightly browned and fish is opaque
  10. 10 serve with lemon wedges
