📝 Instructions
- 1 heat oil in large non-stick skillet over med
- 2 heat
- 3 combine mayo and mustard in small dish
- 4 combine next 4 ingred
- 5 on a plate and mix well
- 6 brush thin coating of mustard mayo combo on to both sides of each fish fillet
- 7 press each coated fillet into panko crumb mixture , coating well
- 8 press more crumbs into any bare areas
- 9 saute fillets in hot oil until lightly browned , turn and saute other side until lightly browned and fish is opaque
- 10 serve with lemon wedges
