📝 Instructions

  1. 1 preheat oven to 400f
  2. 2 line twelve muffin cups with paper liners
  3. 3 combine first 4 ingredients in small saucepan
  4. 4 stir over medium heat until butter melts
  5. 5 cool until mixture is warm to touch
  6. 6 beat in eggs
  7. 7 sift flour , sugar , baking powder and salt into large bowl
  8. 8 add milk mixture and stir just until blended
  9. 9 fold in blueberries
  10. 10 divide batter equally among prepared muffin cups
  11. 11 bake until golden and tester comes out clean , about 15-20 minutes
  12. 12 variation: you can use raspberries instead of blueberries
