📝 Instructions
- 1 preheat oven to 400f
- 2 line twelve muffin cups with paper liners
- 3 combine first 4 ingredients in small saucepan
- 4 stir over medium heat until butter melts
- 5 cool until mixture is warm to touch
- 6 beat in eggs
- 7 sift flour , sugar , baking powder and salt into large bowl
- 8 add milk mixture and stir just until blended
- 9 fold in blueberries
- 10 divide batter equally among prepared muffin cups
- 11 bake until golden and tester comes out clean , about 15-20 minutes
- 12 variation: you can use raspberries instead of blueberries
