  • beer
  • red potatoes
  • vidalia onions
  • smoked sausage
  • corn on the cob

📝 Instructions

  1. 1 in an 8-quart stock pot , bring old bay , salt , water and beer to a boil
  2. 2 add potatoes and onions
  3. 3 cook over high heat for 8 minutes
  4. 4 add smoked sausage
  5. 5 continue to cook on high for 5 minutes
  6. 6 add corn to pot
  7. 7 continue to boil for 7 minutes
  8. 8 add shrimp in shells , cook for 4 minutes
  9. 9 drain cookin liquid
  10. 10 pour contents of pot into several large bowl or shallow pails
  11. 11 sprinkle with additional old bay
