🥘 Ingredients

  • simply potatoes diced potatoes with onion
  • cream of mushroom soup
  • refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

📝 Instructions

  1. 1 pre-heat oven to 350f
  2. 2 in stockpot , brown ground beef over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked , stirring frequently
  3. 3 add coleslaw mix
  4. 4 cover pan and cook , stirring often , until cabbage softens , about 10 minutes
  5. 5 mix in potatoes
  6. 6 stir in soup
  7. 7 cover and reduce heat to low to keep warm
  8. 8 unroll 1 can of dough
  9. 9 press in 13x9-inch glass baking dish to form bottom crust
  10. 10 spread cabbage mixture evenly over crust
  11. 11 unroll second can of dough on wax paper
  12. 12 press seams together to make one sheet
  13. 13 place over top to form top crust
  14. 14 press and tuck edges to seal
  15. 15 bake 25 minutes or until golden brown
  16. 16 let stand 5 minutes
  17. 17 cut into 8 squares
