📝 Instructions

  1. 1 preheat oven to 400
  2. 2 in a bowl , combine onions , bread crumbs and parmesan cheese
  3. 3 add beef and mix well
  4. 4 shape into 1-inch balls
  5. 5 place on a rack
  6. 6 in a shallow baking pan , bake for 15-20 minutes or until no longer pink
  7. 7 reduce oven temperature to 350
  8. 8 meanwhile , arrange bread in a single layer in an ungreased 13x9x2" baking dish
  9. 9 combine cream cheese , mayo , italian seasoning and pepper
  10. 10 spread over the bread
  11. 11 sprinkle with 1 / 2 cup mozzarella
