📝 Instructions

  1. 1 cut meat into 6 serving pieces
  2. 2 combine flour , salt , mustard , pepper , and garlic powder
  3. 3 put 2 t
  4. 4 of the flour mixture into the meat
  5. 5 brown the meat in the shortening on both sides
  6. 6 drain off excess fat
  7. 7 add undrained tomatoes , onion , celery , carrots , worcestershire sauce and cooking wine
  8. 8 cover and simmer for 1 1 / 4 hours or until meat is tender
  9. 9 remove meat to a serving platter and keep warm
  10. 10 combine 1 / 4 water and the remaining flour mixture
  11. 11 stir into tomato mixture until thick and bubbly
