  • onion
  • eggs
  • cream
  • mozzarella cheese
  • salt & pepper

📝 Instructions

  1. 1 place pie shell in oven during the pre-heating time for about 5- 10 minutes in order to firm the bottom some
  2. 2 don't overcook !
  3. 3 remove casing from the sausage and crumble
  4. 4 saut sausage and onions
  5. 5 drain well and spoon into prepared pie shell
  6. 6 blend eggs , milk , cheese , salt and pepper
  7. 7 pour over sausage mixture
  8. 8 bake at 350 degrees f
  9. 9 for 35 minutes , or until custard sets and tests clean with a knife
  10. 10 allow to cool slightly
  11. 11 cut into 8 wedges and serve
