🥘 Ingredients

  • chicken thighs
  • flour
  • honey
  • soy sauce
  • garlic cloves
  • salt
  • pepper

📝 Instructions

  1. 1 preheat oven to 375
  2. 2 in a bowl with tight fitting lid , put the flour
  3. 3 add chicken , in batches , and shake to coat
  4. 4 shake off excess flour and place pieces in a greased 8x8 baking dish ,
  5. 5 making sure not to lay them flat
  6. 6 they should have the same shape as they were in the package
  7. 7 in a small bowl , mix the honey , soy sauce , garlic and seasonings
  8. 8 pour evenly over the chicken
  9. 9 cover and bake 30 minutes
  10. 10 uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes , basting occasionally with the sauce
  11. 11 serve
