🥘 Ingredients

  • brussels sprout
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • garlic cloves
  • lemon juice
  • salt
  • white pepper

📝 Instructions

  1. 1 remove brown outer leaves of brussel sprouts
  2. 2 cut the brussel sprouts in half
  3. 3 it's your choice to cut in half or leave whole
  4. 4 in sauce pan , heat olive oil over medium heat
  5. 5 add the brussel sprouts and fry , stirring occasionally , until very dark brown , almost charred , but not burnt
  6. 6 the last minute of cooking , add the garlic and stir in to combine
  7. 7 be careful not to burn the garlic !
  8. 8 season to taste with salt , white pepper and lemon juice if using
  9. 9 serve warm
