🥘 Ingredients
- • brussels sprout
- • extra virgin olive oil
- • garlic cloves
- • lemon juice
- • salt
- • white pepper
📝 Instructions
- 1 remove brown outer leaves of brussel sprouts
- 2 cut the brussel sprouts in half
- 3 it's your choice to cut in half or leave whole
- 4 in sauce pan , heat olive oil over medium heat
- 5 add the brussel sprouts and fry , stirring occasionally , until very dark brown , almost charred , but not burnt
- 6 the last minute of cooking , add the garlic and stir in to combine
- 7 be careful not to burn the garlic !
- 8 season to taste with salt , white pepper and lemon juice if using
- 9 serve warm
