- • sesame oil
- • flour
- • cornstarch

- • vegetable oil

📝 Instructions
- 1 cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes
- 2 mix the marinade ingredients and marinate the chicken for 20 minutes
- 3 to prepare the sauce:
- 4 mix together all of the sauce ingredients
- 5 pour them into a small pot and bring to a boil , stirring continuously
- 6 turn the heat down to low and keep warm while you are deep-frying the chicken
- 7 to deep-fry the chicken:
- 8 add the marinated chicken pieces a few at a time , and deep-fry until golden brown
- 9 drain on paper towels and then place chicken in warm oven while you continue frying
- 10 repeat with the remainder of the chicken
- 11 just before you are finished deep-frying , bring the sauce back up to a boil
- 12 place the chicken on a large platter and pour the sauce over
- 13 sprinkle with sesame seeds
- 14 serve the sesame chicken with rice
