  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • onion
  • dried oregano
  • chili powder
  • dried basil
  • ground black pepper
  • salt
  • ground cumin
  • dried parsley
  • salsa
  • tomato sauce
  • water

📝 Instructions

  1. 1 heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat
  2. 2 add the garlic and saute for 1 to 2 minutes
  3. 3 add onion , oregano , chili powder , basil , ground black pepper , salt , cumin , parsley , salsa and tomato sauce
  4. 4 mix together and then stir in the water
  5. 5 bring to a boil , reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes
  6. 6 use in place of canned enchilada sauce
