  • โ€ข celery salt
  • โ€ข garlic salt
  • โ€ข onion salt
  • โ€ข pepper
  • โ€ข liquid smoke
  • โ€ข worcestershire sauce
  • โ€ข salt and pepper
  • โ€ข barbecue sauce

๐Ÿ“ Instructions

  1. 1 center brisket on a large heavy piece of foil in a roaster
  2. 2 sprinkle with liquid smoke
  3. 3 sprinkle brisket with celery salt , garlic salt , onion salt , and pepper
  4. 4 fold sides of foil over to seal
  5. 5 refrigerate overnight
  6. 6 6 1 / 2 hour before serving , open foil and season with salt , pepper , and worcestershire sauce
  7. 7 reseal and cook in a slow oven at 300 degrees for 5 hours
  8. 8 uncover and pour barbecue sauce over brisket
  9. 9 cook 1 additional hour , uncovered
  10. 10 let sit 20 minutes before slicing
