- โข liquid smoke
- โข worcestershire sauce
- โข salt and pepper
- โข barbecue sauce
๐ Instructions
- 1 center brisket on a large heavy piece of foil in a roaster
- 2 sprinkle with liquid smoke
- 3 sprinkle brisket with celery salt , garlic salt , onion salt , and pepper
- 4 fold sides of foil over to seal
- 5 refrigerate overnight
- 6 6 1 / 2 hour before serving , open foil and season with salt , pepper , and worcestershire sauce
- 7 reseal and cook in a slow oven at 300 degrees for 5 hours
- 8 uncover and pour barbecue sauce over brisket
- 9 cook 1 additional hour , uncovered
- 10 let sit 20 minutes before slicing
