🥘 Ingredients

  • king crab legs
  • butter
  • garlic
  • lemon, juice of
  • lime, juice of
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt
  • dried parsley

📝 Instructions

  1. 1 preheat your oven to 375 degrees
  2. 2 meanwhile , grab yourself a small saucepan
  3. 3 on med low heat , melt the butter
  4. 4 add the garlic and lightly saute
  5. 5 squeeze in the juice of the citrus of choice
  6. 6 if using a lemon , squeeze the juice into your hands so that you can remove the seeds with ease
  7. 7 turn the heat to low and let those flavors mesh until the oven is nice and hot
  8. 8 toss in as much salt and a couple pinches of parsley
  9. 9 then whisk in that olive oil with a fork
  10. 10 turn off your burner
  11. 11 arrange your tasty crustaceans in a 9x13 baking dish , brushing each leg with the sauce
  12. 12 tasty
  13. 13 pour any remaining sauce over those puppies
  14. 14 now toss the pan into the oven on the center rack
  15. 15 bake your crabs for about 25 minutes or so , brushing the sauce from the bottom of the pan onto the legs every 5-7 minutes
  16. 16 remove from oven
  17. 17 sprinkle with a few pinches o' parsley for garnish
  18. 18 i am a lazy gal , detest doing more dishes than i have to , and am a firm believer in the "waste not , want not" phrase
  19. 19 with that said , i just serve the crab in the same dish i baked it in so i can dip the meat into the tasty sauce , savoring every last drop
  20. 20 if you are the opposite , use tongs and place them on a platter and pour the buttery-goodness into ramekins
  21. 21 voila ! crab house comparable delicacy ! "ohhhh my craaaabs !
