  • semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • sweetened condensed milk
  • vanilla extract
  • white candy coating
  • peppermint extract
  • green food coloring

📝 Instructions

  1. 1 in a heavy saucepan , melt chocolate chips with 1 cup milk
  2. 2 remove from the heat
  3. 3 stir in vanilla
  4. 4 spread half into a waxed paper-lined 8-in
  5. 5 square pan
  6. 6 chill for 10 minutes or until firm
  7. 7 meanwhile , in a heavy saucepan over low heat , cook and stir candy coating with remaining milk until coating is melted and mixture is smooth
  8. 8 stir in peppermint extract and food coloring

  10. 10 chill for 10 minutes or until firm
  11. 11 warm remaining chocolate mixture if necessary
  12. 12 spread over mint layer
  13. 13 chill for 2 hours or until firm

  15. 15 cut into 1-in
