- • butter
- • boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- • salt and pepper
- • flour
- • onion
- • garlic
- • light cream
- • parmesan cheese
- • parsley
- • red pepper flakes
📝 Instructions
- 1 cook fettuccine according to package
- 2 drain
- 3 while fettuccine is cooking , prepare chicken
- 4 heat 12-inch skillet
- 5 add 2 tbsp butter
- 6 flatten chicken slightly
- 7 salt and pepper chicken
- 8 roll in flour , add to skillet
- 9 cook and brown until juices run clear , about 10 minutes
- 10 remove from skillet
- 11 add to skillet 2 tbs butter , onions , and garlic
- 12 cook 1 minute
- 13 add cream , cook for 3 minutes until reduced a bit
- 14 add cheese , parsley , and red pepper flakes
- 15 stir well
- 16 add last 1 tbsp butter and stir well
- 17 bring back chicken and coat with sauce
- 18 place chicken on plates , put fettuccine in sauce and swirl around to coat well
- 19 add to plate with chicken
