  • grape tomatoes
  • black olives
  • green bell pepper
  • cheese-filled egg tortellini
  • olive oil
  • parmesan cheese
  • basil pesto
  • salt
  • garlic
  • mozzarella cheese
  • rotini pasta

📝 Instructions

  1. 1 cook pastas , set aside to drain and cool a bit
  2. 2 in large bowl or punch bowl , add rest of ingredients , folding gently til well mixed
  3. 3 gently fold in pastas well
  4. 4 adjust seasoning to taste , meaning , add more salt , parmesan , etc
  5. 5 , til you like it
  6. 6 serve immediately , or refrigerate
  7. 7 if you make this say a day ahead of time , you'll need to "refresh" this
