  • bread machine yeast

  • sesame seeds

📝 Instructions

  1. 1 add ingredients in order listed , except for the egg and 1 t
  2. 2 water that is for the egg wash later
  3. 3 select dough / pasta setting when cycle is complete , remove dough from machine to a lightly floured surface
  4. 4 divide dough into 3 equal portions , divide each portion into 6 balls
  5. 5 turn balls in hands folding edge under to make a circle
  6. 6 press ball flat between hands
  7. 7 place on greased cookie sheet pressing to a 31 / 2 inch circle
  8. 8 let rise 30 minutes or until double in volume
  9. 9 combine 1 slightly beaten egg with 1 tblsp
  10. 10 water and brush on buns
  11. 11 sprinkle with sesame seeds
  12. 12 perfect buns every time
  13. 13 bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until lightly brown
