📝 Instructions
- 1 remove odd pots and pans from oven
- 2 preheat oven to 350 / 180
- 3 cream together butter and sugar
- 4 add eggs and crushed bananas
- 5 combine well
- 6 sift together flour , soda and salt
- 7 add to creamed mixture
- 8 add vanilla
- 9 mix just until combined
- 10 do not overmix
- 11 pour into greased and floured loaf pan
- 12 bake at 350 / 180 for 55 minutes
- 13 keeps well , refrigerated
