📝 Instructions
- 1 combine flour , sugar , baking powder and salt
- 2 in separate bowl , mix together egg , milk , vegetable oil and bananas
- 3 stir flour mixture into banana mixture
- 4 batter will be a little lumpy
- 5 heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat
- 6 pour or scoop batter onto pan , using about 1 / 4 cup for each pancake
- 7 cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides
