📝 Instructions

  1. 1 combine flour , sugar , baking powder and salt
  2. 2 in separate bowl , mix together egg , milk , vegetable oil and bananas
  3. 3 stir flour mixture into banana mixture
  4. 4 batter will be a little lumpy
  5. 5 heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat
  6. 6 pour or scoop batter onto pan , using about 1 / 4 cup for each pancake
  7. 7 cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides
