📝 Instructions

  1. 1 brown ground meat , onion and garlic
  2. 2 add salt , pepper , parsley , oregano , basil , chopped tomatoes with juice
  3. 3 stirring until well mixed
  4. 4 cover and simmer 1 hour
  5. 5 cook lasagna noodles according to package directions
  6. 6 drain and set aside
  7. 7 spray a 13 x 9" baking pan with cooking spray
  8. 8 combine riccota cheese , eggs , pepper , 2 tablespoons parsley , parmesan cheese and 1 / 2 1lb of mozzarella cheese
  9. 9 in a lasagna pan , layer noodles , meat sauce , and cheese mixture
  10. 10 repeat
  11. 11 top off with layer of noodles
  12. 12 sprinkle evenly with remaining mozzarella cheese
  13. 13 make sure to cover noodles completely
  14. 14 bake at 375f for 40-60 minutes , or until cheese mixture is thoroughly melted
  15. 15 (i cover w / foil for about 40 minutes , then uncover for 15-20 minutes
  16. 16 let sit for 15-20 minutes before cutting and serving
